At Cosmic Collections, each item is carefully created and packaged with attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following policy in place:

All items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
๐ฆ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us withinย 7ย days of delivery.
To process your request, you must provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A refund (if a replacement is not available)
๐ซ Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Buyerโs remorse
- Incorrect address entered at checkout
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor variations in color due to screen differences
- Items damaged after delivery
๐ฌ Shipping Issues
Cosmic Collections is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact your local post office.
๐ Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
๐ฎ Returns (If Approved)
If a return is approved:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
