All orders are made to order and will be processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is completed, it will be shipped out promptly.

We ship all orders using USPS Ground Advantage through Shopify shipping labels.

• 2–5 business days (U.S. only)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

• Flat rate shipping: $5.00
• Free shipping on orders over $50.00

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

All items are carefully packaged in protective bubble mailers to ensure they arrive safely. We take extra care to keep your order secure during transit.

We currently ship within the United States only.

🚚 Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, Cosmic Collections is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local post office for assistance.

🏠 Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Cosmic Collections is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
